I launched a new feature of Penelope AI - Chat with YouTube videos.
Users can chat with YouTube videos just like they do with ChatGPT.
Then I sent an email to 15k users.
The results are below.
Open rate: 16%
Click rate 1.0%
Unsubscribe rate: 2.65%
The click rate is almost dead.
Only one user who uses Penelope a lot tried this new feature :/
Maybe ppl don’t want this feature, but it’s really difficult to get reply back from them to hear their opinion/thoughts before building.
I’m gonna add features those are already validated in the market.

The traffic grew from 1.5k to 1.7k! Noice. I think email blast helped a lot.
got a dispute for the first time
after almost a year since I launched Penelope, I finally got one! lol
This is something inevitable when you try to make money on the Internet.
So what should I do? just accept and refund…?
Maybe I should try to look at the good side of the things.
Obv there are good and bad side for things.
I tend to pay attention to a bad side, which could be a good habit but most of the time it eats my mental.
I started to work on Penelope again since November, adding new feature, sending emails, etc, then I got more churns and my first dispute.
I was like fuck me.
But I could also view this same situation this way.
“I still have X people paying for my product!”.
In this way my mental is fine and I can keep working on it at least.
The channel “Help me” is my fav lately. Supa chill and I love their dark ambient vibes.
Now you know I love ambient music (also I love dubstep lol).
I started to make ambient cinematic reel videos these days.
