How can I grow Supabox...?
The Tune-tuning feature is now added to Supabox.
Tagging accuracy is crucial as many Supabox features depend on automatic mail tagging. Previously, users could guide the AI using prompts for each tag, but it had its limitations. That’s why we’ve introduced the fine-tuning feature.
I stayed up until 2 a.m. Japan time to tweet when it was prime time in San Francisco, but it turned out to be a disaster.

No one has tried the fine-tuning feature
Now I’m not sure how to grow Supabox.
I’ve been questioning whether Supabox is genuinely needed.
Currently, there are three paying users, but my confidence is waning on whether it can be a service that attracts more paying customers.
This week right now is a marketing week, and I’ll focus on having conversations with existing users instead of creating content. This is because I believe it is one of the best ways to bring answers to my doubts.
Metrics
Weekly email processing count
I’ve been keeping a weekly track of the number of emails processed on Supabox.
And that number finally exceeded 10,000 last week.
However, as you can see from the graph below, it is far from being a rapid growth.
Weekly signup count
The numbers aren’t looking good. Since there’s no growth in these numbers, the weekly email processing count isn’t improving either.
Twitter might not be a place for Supabox…?
I think it’s entirely possible. Supabox aims at CEOs, founders, and busy professionals as its main users.
So, focusing more on platforms like LinkedIn would be a beneficial strategy.
Other stuff
I had an interview with Pioneer. I received their response yesterday, and I didn't make it through this time, unfortunately.
But hey, now I know them, they know me! Things are now different from before :)
