buildspace sf campus

it’s been 5 weeks since i came to sf.

i am joining a campus for builders/dreamers by buildspace.

how is the project i have been working on?

since i came to sf, i have been working on Supabox.
it currently has a couple of test users and 2 paying users ($38 MRR), which is fantastic!

Supabox is facing good and bad things at the moment.

difficulties

going through CASA tier 2 is the hardest.
because Supabox accesses users’ emails, google requires me to go through this process, which is quite time-consuming…

Google keeps showing the users warning messages when they try to sign up on Supabox until i get verification from Google :/

bright side

Some influencers expressed interest in Supabox :D

Ben Tossell from Ben’s Bites signed up on the waitlist and i got a reply from him in an email.

Mayo Oshin asked me a question on Twitter (should i call it X?), and now we are having a conversation in dm. (btw, check his youtube if u r interested in ai and u haven’t watched it yet!)

and now he follows me :)

Sharif Shameem from Lexica gave me some advice.

all these happened bc i started working on Supabox.

when ppl start building an app, they, including me, often look for investors.

But since coming to buildspace, I have changed my mind a bit.

If you keep shipping interesting things, they will talk to you.
